These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pub 556 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "pub 556"), governing your access to and use of the pub 556 platform, including the website at pub556.club, all casino games, sports betting services, bingo rooms, jackpot titles, and any other gaming or ancillary services provided by pub 556 (collectively, the "Services").

pub 556 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) a player has been identified as ineligible to hold an account; (d) required as a result of a regulatory or law enforcement directive; or (e) it is in the best interests of the integrity of the platform or its players to do so.

Upon termination for cause (including fraud or prohibited conduct), any remaining balance may be forfeited.
